The fire broke out at 11A Union Street around 11:35 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 9, Natick Fire said in a release posted to Facebook. The 2,854-square-foot home has six bedrooms, according to Zillow.
Upon arrival, crews saw heavy fire and smoke coming from the third floor of the home. Neighbors also reported there might have been people trapped inside the building, Natick Fire added.
A search of the home later determined that everyone had made it out safely. Once the fire was brought to a third alarm, all firefighters were forced out of the building, Natick Fire added.
The fire was eventually knocked and one firefighter was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening-injuries, Natick Fire said. No other injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
